Photoshop elements wont let me start video

Hi there first post on here, i had previously bought photoshop elements 2021, and recently upgraded license to photoshop elements 2025, and this work fine on new computer but when i try and start the video part of it , this keeps saying start new trial. i thought this cam with the elements 2025 as i know i used this in the previous 2021 version .

any help appreciated
