Photoshop Elements2024 Error 190

Hi,

Thank you community I now have Elements 2024 up and running again.

Trying to install the RAW converter I'm getting error code 190

It is saying my OS version 6.1.7600 doesn't satisfy requirements.

I'm confused:

Running Windows 10 Home, version 22H2, OS build 19045.4291

I've no trouble for the past 6 months and then yesterday Elements would not open, we fixed that.

Now I can not open RAW images.

Can someone please advise?
