Photoshop et Mac ?

Bonjour, j'ai acheté Photoshop en 2014 mais je viens de changer d'ordinateur et  le nouveau (Mac Ventura13.2.1) ne veut pas télécharger Adobe Elements 12. Je suis pourtant enregistré chez Adobe j'ai le numéro d'identification) mais il semble que Safari ne puisse pas télécharger le logiciel qui m'est indiqué. En plus, je ne trouve pas comment contacter le "chat" d'Adobe (ou autre moyen de les contecter) pour demander de l'aide. Qui sait comment je pourrais faire ? Merci

Elements 12 will not run on your new Mac OS. You will have to purchase a new version. You will be entitled to a discount for owning the prior version.
