Photoshop gone after an computer update

I bought photoshop a few years ago and yesterday I switched from Windows 11 back to windows 10 because I had some computer issues. Doing so swiped my computer clean. I was placing everything back on it today and I can't get photoshop back without paying for it. What can I do?

Download the Creative Cloud Desktop app first. 
Sign in.

If that Adobe ID has a valid subscription you can now use the Creative Cloud Desktop to install and run the app.
