Photoshop / No Picture

I am opening a photo in Adobe Photoshop and it is either all Black or nothing, but works as if I have the photo open.  I can see the photo in the Layers panel as the background... but the photo will not show up for me to be able to edit.  SEE BELOW.

    I have also already uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop and the problem still isn't fixed.  I have also tried different pictures.

    Try updating or rolling back your video driver directly from the card manufacturer's site.
