Photoshop Organizer 2022 doesn´t boot

Hi there, after about a year I´m using my Photoshop Organizer again - at least I want to.

Startmenu of Photoshop starts but Organizer doesn´t. Black Screen, Frozen.

What I tried:

- reinstall (uninstall, download, install again)

- create new catalogues in different locations (local hard drive, private cloud, same result)

I´m having Win10 Pro, 64 bit, 32GB RAM.

Please help. I guess I already have existing catalogues and I´m afraid I can´t access them anymore.

No, why should this be an issue?

MAc users who have 4K monitors sometime have issues with being able to see things, I thought that be a concern.
