Photoshop & Premiere Elements 11 not working anymore

I cannot load the EDITOR of both Programs. I get the WELCOME mask but I cannot go further with the EDITOR.

The part of ORGANIZER is working well but if I try to get the EDITOR part I get an information that Photoshop was blocked  because WINDOWS ( 10 ) has got a problem.

I used to work with those programs 3 Years without problems !

Please HELP        Renzo

Hi,

Could you please post a screenshot of the error? It would help in assisting you.

and Please try after resetting the preferences of Editor :

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift immediately while launching the Photoshop Elements editor.  A dialog will come , click Yes to delete the file.

please let me know if it works for you or not.

Hallo

Thank you for your interest to my question.

In the meantime I bought the new version ( 15 ) of Photoshop Elements

and Premiere and cancelled completely the version 11.

The programs are now RUNNING. ( with some expenses !!)
