Photoshop Program Setup Files

My wife uses Photoshop Elements a lot.  I'm her computer support but I don't know Photoshop all that well.  She just got Elements 2019 and I have installed it on her desktop and laptop.  She is setting it all up on the desktop now.  When we travel she works it on the laptop.

Are there files that I can copy from the desktop after she has it all setup and then paste onto the laptop which have the setup information in them so she doesn't have to go through all the setup/customization again for the laptop?

    No, you need to run the installer to ensure the correct set up and licensing.

    But if you have downloaded a zip file you could copy that across, extract the files and double-click on setup.
