Photoshop registration without box for number - What can I do?

I purchased a photoshop promotion with my Turbo Tax purchase. I don't have the box but have the paper sleeve. Other Adobe help says the numbers on the sleeve are the registration numbers, but they are not fitting into the redemption code boxes. I looked into the software and found what looked like the registration code, "payload Adobe code". What can I do now to register my product and use it? TIA, Laura
