Photoshop Ruler Inch Increments

I'm running my brand new Photoshop 24.2.0 on a new iMac OS 13.2.1 Ventura.  Its ruler inches are only displaying WHOLE inches.  Can't imagine what has happened with the quarters, eighths, sixteenths, etc.  Is there some sort of preference adjustment I'm missing?  Or, are these inch divisions just gone forever?

Sorry, Jeff ~ I realize now that the increments were there all along.  I just couldn't see them because the rulers were black.  When I switched the interface color theme to white, well, there they were.  Duh. 🙂

Yes lots of users have complained that the rulers are hard to see when the photoshop interface is set to the two darker settings.

The marks are still here with photoshop 2023 (ps ver 24.3) running on macOS Ventura 13.2.1

Could you post a screenshot of what your seeing?

Thanks for your reply.  What you're showing is what I expected, but was sadly surprised to be otherwise.  It might be artboard preferences.  My rulers present as black, for starters.
