Photoshop won’t print in blue

I have been trying to print some projects. One that is blue in particular will only print in gray scale. Tried two different printers both are printing the same way. They print the colors correctly from other sources but not photoshop.

This is governed by your Printer Driver.

In the Print dialog do the following:

Click Change Settings.
In the new dialog that appears, click Advanced Settings. This will bring up your print driver dialog.
Make sure the printer is set to print Color, not Black or Greyscale.

Here is an example of what you should see. Your print driver may be different.

If this does not solve your problem, show us a screenshot of your Print dialog settings.
