Photoshop7 activation issues

Question.

I have PS7 on my Win10 machine. I also had it on my Win7 machine. Yesterday, I wiped my Win7 machine, and reloaded the OS from metal. I attempted to activate PS7, using the license I've had for years, and it failed (This is a valid license I purchased in 2009).

Contacting Adobe support, they told me that, since PS7 is EOL, they no longer have server capacity to activate.

Since it's still working fine on my Win10, I assume the certificate is local, somewhere. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to transfer that token to my Win7 machine, or if it's tied to hardware? And, if so, where I would find it to extract.
