PhotoShope Elements 2021

I have a very slow connection.  It took me 6 hours to install PS Elements 2021 today.

How do I solve this error message without uninstalling the program?

 Error Message:

Your application is dynamically linked with Intel (R) IPP libraries version 2020.0.1

(r0x35c5ec66)

No DLL from the list below is found on the system search path.

ippcvm7.dll is the best suitable for your CPU

I have no clue about what this means or the expertise to make changes.

Hi,

 

I've seen this error for Adobe Photoshop 2021 when the CPU doesn't support SSE 4.2 or later, but never seen it for Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021. Can you verify you are installing the correct application? And if so, how old is your computer and what CPU does it have installed?

I actually have found a solution to this but am reluctant to share it --- it involves download two files--- a real "TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK" sort of deal. I actually found it on an actual Adobe site.
