Question

Place hierarchy

In Elements 15, when I enter a specific address, it marks it on the map, but does not put it in the place hierarchy in the media listing.  Also, if I try to change the address to a custom name, it changes the entire city, ie, it doesn't give me the option to customize an address.  HELP!

    Hi,

Location data in Elements 15 allows for street level map access and placement, but the stored tag information only has city level resolution. Any previously tagged location data in photos and videos incorporating street and address details from earlier versions of the Elements Organizer will be preserved and visible in Elements 15.

The geotag created by Elements Organizer has the exact latitude and longitude of the location specified which can be saved to the image metadata(File menu->Save metadata to file) and is compatible with all the other applications supporting geotags(eg Lightroom, Photos etc).

    Thanks,

    Ankit
