Playing video in Photoshop Elements Organiser.

Hi,

I recently purchased Photoshop Elements 15 and I have put all of my pictures and Videos in the organiser. My Videos play but there is no sound. Can anyone help me sort this out?

Do you see this icon at the bottom left corner?

Perhaps try to slide it to the right to see if the sound comes on.  Alternatively, make sure the systems volume button is not muted.

The way I tried to paly a video was to double click on the vide from within the Media tab and it just played with all the sound in it.

Thanks for your quick reply. Really appreciate it. I was a bit premature in asking the question. I imported all my videos into the organiser and there was no sound. But then after closing Photoshop Elements and then reopening it all was fine. I guess that it was just a glitch. I am loving this program for my work and enjoying the Adobe community. All the best to you.
