Please clear applied filter and try again

When I open Elements 15 and open Media - this message appears were my photos should be:

"No media available Please clear applied filter and try again"

I don't know what applied filter is or how to clear it. Any answers?

I would like to clear the "applied filter" but I don't know what filter they are referring too.

Hi,

Above where the images should be showing, check if there is a back chevron showing - click on it

Check that you have not switch off all the media types

Hopefully one of those should help you
