Question

PLEASE HELP! I'm getting error messages with Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor 2019 on my new laptop.

I got a new laptop (MacBook Pro Version 12.2.1) and tried downloading Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019. I can get onto the the elements homepage fine but it won't let me go onto Photoshop Elements Editor (which is the only thing I use).

It keeps giving me an error message whenever I try to get onto Photoshop Elements Editor saying: "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application." I did what they told me to do but got the same message. So I did it again... and then again.

I'm so frustrated and just want my program back! I don't have enough money to pay monthly for Photoshop and I paid a lot of money to get this program. PLEASE HELP!

I assume that your new laptop has the Monterey OS.   I am not a Mac user but it is my understanding that Elements 2019 will not currently work with that OS.  You will need to upgrade to Elements 2022.
