Please help with Photoshop Elements Installer

I am trying to install Photoshop Elements 2023 and when i run the installer i always get the message : Sign in error, Sign in failed, please retry to load sign in window again. Please help.

Did you purchase from Adobe?  Are you signing in with the Adobe ID that you made your purchase with?  Are you able to sign into your Adobe account?
