Plug-in for Photoshop Elements 2024

Hello guys,

Is there a way how to add pen tool to my Photoshop Elements 2024?

I am completely lost without it.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Elements XXL is a plugin that has a pen tool. But what do you use the Pen Tool for? Elements has a pencil tool that may serve your needs.
