Plugins for Elements 2020 with Catalina 10.15.4

I cannot get plugins to work on Adobe Elements 2020. I see the plugin files in the program files. Nik Collection and Topaz show up in drop down boxes but will not run in Elements. I am running Catalina 10.15.4. 

 

Any ideas

You need plugins made for Catalina. Old plugins might work if inherited but so think Apple will block them all soon.
