Plugins in Photoshop Elements 7

Hi.

I've been trying to install the Canon Print Studio Pro plugin in PSE 7. (Yes, this may sound somewhat backwards, because why don't I just install PSE 15? Unfortunately, I don't have that option, as I'm trying to do this for my mother, who really likes the PSE 7 layout and is unwilling to switch if at all possible.) As it turns out, it appears it DID install correctly, as far as I can tell. (I've got it installed in PSE 15 already, so I was able to compare locations where it was installed.) Except that I cannot find it in the menus.

Here is the file location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 7.0\Plug-Ins

I've been through most of the forums even tangentially related to this question, and it appears that Print Studio Pro has been usable in older versions of PSE. So, I was wondering where in the PSE interface they could access it from, or where I need to place the file in order for it to be usable.

Any help would be appreciated.
