Post-processing star trail photos

Hi,

I'm planning on taking star trail photos (about 100-125 of them). Based on what I read online, the recommended workflow is to edit the images in Elements (or Photoshop), export them as JPGs and then stack them in StarStax to export as one JPG.

That seems hard since I don't know how I would edit hundreds of photos in Elements before getting them into StarStax.

Is there a different way to do this?
