Prehistoric Elements 13 just quite downloading into the program.

Is there anything I can do other that stop being cheap and upgrade?  All of a sudden when I try to download into the program it will start to download one image, then freeze.  It does this from three differnt sources and with three different cables so I am fairly sure it isn't a hardware issue.
