Premier Elements 13, no start

Please right click the icon of Adobe Photoshop Elements & run it as "Administrator".

I have reset it. Then at least photoshop and the organizer works

Please give me better tips

Now nothing works.

I have done everything as described. The two folders renamed.

Now comes "error 16" and photoshop does not function any more!

Thanks for posting in Adobe forum.

I understand you are facing issue with Adobe Premiere Elements work space.

Could you please try the following steps:

- Go to location

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\

- Rename "SLCache" to "SLCache.old"

- Go to location

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\

-Rename "SLStore" to "SLStore.old"

If inside C:\ you do not find "ProgramData" folder then it means it is hidden then to open it

- Open "Run" command

- Type %ProgramData%  inside Run command

- Hit "Enter"

Open Adobe Elements & give it some time to open (30 seconds approx)

- It should ask you to activate the product

- Sign in with your Adobe ID

- Enter your serial number & activate the product

Hello!

Yes, I have deposited the Serialnnummern on its website.

Since when it no longer works I do not know. It was about 6 months ago.
As I said I use Premier very rarely.

I start Premier and go on start, then comes old or new project start. No matter what I click. There comes the loading beam and then nothing happens.

Microsoft Visuals xyz I have already downloaded and installed.

The library and Photoshop works without problems. I use these programs every week.

I think I will download Premier again and reinstall. Unfortunately, I am traveling in Lebanon and the internet is very slow.

As I understand you are not able to use Adobe Premiere Elements 13.

Could you please provide the following information so that we can help you out?

- For how long are you facing this?

- Could you please give me the exact error?

- Do you have the Serial numbers for both Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 13 ?
