Premier elements did not download photo editor part.

Was upgrading from Prem Elements 15 to 2018. When I try to open the photo editor, I'm getting asked for a DVD or to download a trial version or cancel.

What can I do to fix this? When I try to "download trial" it brings me to the cloud stuff and I don't want that. I just want my new version to work like the old one.

It wasn't easy finding the right download link. But I downloaded and installed 14 and now the photo editor is working in 14, but still not in 2018 but at least it's kind of working. Thanks.
