Premiere Elements 2018 is somehow showing as expired?

Hi,

I have a perpetual licence for both Photoshop and Premiere Elements 2018, but wheni tried to open premiere today it said my licence had expired, and when i tried to re-enter my serial number it wouldnt accept it and told me to contact customer support.

Help?

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

Ok, so apparantly perpetual licences bought through a reseller have an expiry date... this is nonsense
