Premiere Elements Organizer - upgrading from pse12 to 2024 (purchased 27-Apr-2024)

We had an old computer which finally died and now have moved to Windows 11.  The old computer will not run.  I have installed the backup on the new computer.  How do I convert the catalog.pse12db to the latest version?

Thanks

Has your old catalog been converted to Elements 2024?

What was the format of the file for which the message appeared?  If it is a raw file, you need to install the Adobe Camera Raw plug-in from the Help menu.

It looks like your catalog is in a Custom Location, not the default location used by Elements 2024.  Try using the Custom Location radio button in the Catalog Manager, and then navigating to your catalogue folder.

If that doesn't work, try double-clicking on the catalog.pse12db file in Windows File Explorer.  If Elements 2024 is the only version installed on your computer, the catalog should be automatically converted and open in the Organizer.  Be patient for the conversion process to complete.

If you have more than one version of Elements on your computer, you may need to right-click on the db file and use Open With>Elements Organizer 2024 from the context menu.

Tried using the Convert tool on the folder (see attached image) and cannot see the catalog.

Thanks
