Premiere Elements Tag removal, accidentally applied.

I have accidentally applied a Tag to all the images in a folder. How can I remove a Tag from an image{s}. had some work on my PC and had to start again with my Premiere Elements.

Is it a keyword tag or People/Places/Events tag?

For either:

zoom into the grid far enough to see the individual tags
select all the images with the unwanted tags
right-click on the unwanted tag in one of the images
choose remove X tag from the context menu that pops up.

For keyword tags:

Select all the images with the unwanted tag
Right-click on one of the image thumbnails
A context menu will have an item to Remove Keyword Tag
A sub-menu will have available tags to remove.
