Print options

All of a sudden my print options is not working: The "advanced setting" only go to paper type. And when I choose print it no longer allows the interim image and choice, and it does not print what I called. I have reloaded the program but that did not help. Paul

What OS and version of Elements are you using?

Are you printing from the Editor or Organizer. What happens if you print using the other program?

 

 You haven't given us the details of how you "reloaded" the program.  If you uninstalled, but did not accept the option to remove the settings/preferences file (and you are talking about the Editor), try resetting the preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.
