Print problem with Elements 9 and Epson 2400

I have recently bought a new laptop to store and manage my photo files and reloaded Elements 9 from disc.

I transferred about 20,000 photo files - with some difficulty, losing the tags, star ratings and collapsing the version sets along the way!

However, it's done now and working OK BUT when I come to print, the menu recognises my printer (software downloaded) but when I select the Epson 2400 to print, it only offers A4 paper printing with no selection for photo paper, different sizes or advanced options such as black & white.

Can anyone help please?
