I have created several collages on 8.5x11 paper layout and have saved all of them as both PSD and JPG files. Which format should I use to print them on my own printer? My printer is a Canon Pixma MG7120 Inkjet. Or should I be using a TIFF format to print?

It should not make a difference that you can perceive with the naked eye.

Multiple saves (Save as) of JPEG are said to lead to deterioration.

The advantage of saving as PSD is that you can retain the layer structure for subsequent editing, if you desire.
