Printer is not being recognized by photoshop element 13.

I am using Mac computer and when print it opens the window that shows the printer and when I hit print it opens another window on which it shows no printer selected and the printer is not listed in the dropdown. I tried removing printer and adding back, updated driver, reset photoshop preferences and uninstall and install photoshop elements. There are 30 iMacs in the Lab and I have issue on two.
