Printer kan niet printen met programma Adobe Elements 14

Betreft HP printer OfficeJetPro 6970. Print wel, alleen niet bij het programma Photoshop Element 14.

Er is een melding t.w.: Omdat de standaardprinter niet open kan worden. Wie kan mij helpen ?
