my newly installed Elements 2018 is not recognizing the print options of Epson stylus photo 1400 printer

    Did you figure out this problem?  I have had the same problem.  Elements won't pull up any of the options for print size for this printer!  And yes I have installed new print drivers, etc. HELP!
