printing greeting cards on mac with photshop elements 2023 and Epson ET 8500

Even though I select Rear Paper Feeder in print diolog screens, the printer looks for casset 2 as the paper source. This at one time worked properely, but not now.

    Do you have the latest driver for the printer?

    If you do, then it might be productive to contact Epson support.

    Thanks for the reply Hatstead. The problem turned out to be Mac related. I had not properly saved a printer preset. I found this article in the macOS user guide. "Save frequently used print settings for routine printing on aMac." It was helpful but a little incomplete in sction  "Print with your preset". It didn't tell you where to find the preset menu (in Page Setup), nor did it tell you that you must reconfirm preset with Save button.
