Printing images larger than they are on screen

I have a sublimation business which I have recently transferred other lap top. I am trying to print out but every time I do the image is much larger than what it has been created and I haven't a clue why this is, any ideas would be gratefully received????

    Apologies for this inconvenience you've faced.

    Please try resetting the application preferences as mentioned at Preference file locations for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements  and then try print workflow.
