printing issues all of a sudden

Hi, I have windows 7 and have been running pse 2018 since i purchased that long ago. the last few days though my program decided it would not send jobs to my printer. i know it's the program because every other program will print to it, even the windows test page. anyone know what's going on? i have removed and reinstalled the printer and that didn't do anything either. i also removed the rest of my printers, and that hasn't helped.
