Printing options unavailable

Using Windows 10. Photoshop Elements 2019 and an Epson Stylus Photo R800 printer, I am trying to make 4x6 prints on photo paper. The print dialogue box shows only plain paper and letter-size. Clicking to change settings or use advanced settings does not allow me to change those settings.

OK, here's a long shot.  But there's no harm in trying.  Delete the preferences files.  Hold Alt+Ctrl+Shift when launching the Organizer and the Editor.  Upon each launch, you will be asked to delete the settings files.  Confirm the deletion.

Also, are you by chance printing to a network printer?

I have deleted both preference files. Can't change print options, and this site still says my photo is a forbidden file type.

Mine is a dedicated printer, not on a network.

Try a different browser?

When you got your new computer with Win 10 did you install a new printer driver?  If not, try downloading the driver from here.

I did, but I just downloaded the driver again (from your link). No change. I appreciate all your effort on this. Quality photos are important to me.

What happens when you try? Any error messages?

Have you been able to change settings in the past?

Can you print 4x6 on photo-paper in another application?

Do you have the latest printer driver? Check on Epson web site.

There are no error messages. It lists only options for plain paper and letter size. This is my first time using Elements 2019. I upgraded from Elements 8, in which I could do everything. I have downloaded the latest Epson printer driver.
