Printing posters in Photoshop Elements 2018

I am trying to print poster sized projects from Photoshop Elements 2018. Is this possible? For example I have a poster I created that is 31"wide x 7.5"tall. When I looked online it talked about "tiling" however I do not see this as an option anywhere in the Print box. Please help!

Save the file as a PDF. From the PDF, click print and select the poster option.
