Printing problem

Since I did a Windows 10 update, my Canon TR7020 printer, which used to print photos fine, is now over-inking any photographs I try to print.  How can I fix this problem?  The images look fine on the computer display--it's only when I try to print photos on my printer from Photoshop Elements 2022 and 2023 or from any other photo program on my computer that the images are now consistely printing so dark and oversaturated you can barely see what's in the picture.

If the problem persists after you have assured yourself that you have the latest driver, suggest that you clean the print head and do a test print via the printer itself. If the test print is flawed, it probaly points to a defective print head. You could also try printing from another computer as an experiment. I had a similar experience 2-3 years ago with a Lexmak printer which was still under warrantee, and Lexmark sent me a new print head.

We look forward to your progress.
