printing problems

Hello!

I have a desktop with a printer connected by USB. I also have a laptop onto which I have just loaded a copy of PSE9, I run PSE15 on my desktop.

PSE9 seemed to install correctly and I can get pictures up, however when I try and print a picture I get "unable to complete your request because an error occurred during printing". If I then I click anything to do with the printer I get the same message.  I have however opened the printer and sent a test page without a problem.. Now if I close the print window, and try and open it again I get a message " you cannot do anything  to do with a printer with out installing a printer", yet the printer is installed if I try and re-install the printer I get a message "a shared printer exists, please uninstall the printer and try again". Any ideas please!

    Windows or MAC operating system?

It may be due to a Windows Update.

    Use the registry fix here:

Error: An integer between 50 and 8 is required | Elements | Windows 10
