Printing problems?

I get this error message when trying to print. “There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents.” I have printed before on the same printer and all of a sudden I get this message. It dies not give me the option of selecting a printer. I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 15.  Help!
