Printing questions in PSE 15

When I want to print a photo from the editor or organizer, I am only given 5 paper sizes, none larger than letter and no option for to make a "custom" size.

Also, when I do not want to center the image on the paper and try to move the image near the edge [to fit more images on the page], the outside edges are cropped enforcing a wide [wasted] border on the paper.

Can you explain? help?
