Printing to Epson Stylus 3880

I am having major problem with print from PSE to my 3880 Epson for large sheets.  I keep getting a printer that says"paper ja" sometimes and the paper error.

talked to Epson and apparently that is a problem with PSE.  Everything prints well from Lightroom.

    I assume that you have the latest driver for the printer. Check on the Epson web site.

    This may be related to an April Windows 10 update:

    "These errors are observed on Windows 10 with April 2018 Update (version 1803)."

    Have you been able to print these "large sheets" in the past from Editor and/or Organizer?
