Printing with PSE 15

I made a layout - 11 x 8.5 with 300 resolution.  When I selected print at actual size I get message  "image will be rendered at less than 300 dpi at the requested print size".  I opened PSE 13, opened layout, selected print at actual size, and it printed with no pop-up message.  What's going on in PSE 15?
