problem

I wrote earlier about having problems with my windows 10 and adobe photoshop. I have 14. and the new 2018 version of them and after about 3 weeks it says not enough ram I know that is not the problem because my sister is having the same problem I have windows 8 on my laptop and everything works fine on it I try the help and copy but it would not let me paste as the person before told me to do could someone please help me
