Problem connecting to the server "127.0.0.1" on MacOS Monterey

Hi, I keep getting the "Mac Os There was a problem connecting to the server "127.0.0.1". This file server will not allow any additional users to log on. Try to connect again later." error on PSE 2022. It had stopped for a while but started again after I upgraded to Monterey. For the record I have a clean hosts file. From what I see this is quite a common issue. Any suggestions for a permanent fix? Thanks

After trying a few fixes (I cleared the Finder cache and reset the local server - no joy) as a last resory I reinstalled PSE again and that did it. Seems like a fairly major solution for a minor problem but at least it works.
