Problem converting a catalog from PSE 13 to PSE 2018

I installed PSE 2018 successfully.  During the catalog conversion process I mistakenly cancelled the process.

I tried to complete the conversion by entering the Organizer, clicking on File -> Manage Catalog, highlighting My Catalog, then click on Convert.

The program stated that the conversion was already done, but nothing shows in the My Folders window.

The Media View has a statement "No Media Available - Click 'Import' to add Media"

I have a significant amount of pictures and don't want to import them all folder by folder.  Is there a way to complete the process automatically?

As a possible solution, could I just go to the location of my Catalogs (C:\Program Data\Adobe\Elements Organizer\Catalogs) and delete the new one created when I first started PSE 2018.  Then go thru File-> Manage Catalogs->find the old catalog from PSE 13, and then convert it?
