PSE 14, Windows 7

I was installing Photoshop Elements 14 when WinPatrol asked if I wanted to allow an auto startup program called M. I said yes but the installation never progressed beyond 23%. I finally canceled the install, did an uninstall via control panel, emptied the temp folder, restarted my computer and decided to scan the installation disc with Avast just in case the mysterious M program was a threat. There was a brief Avast window and then nothing. I then tried to install Photoshop Elements and my disc drive ejected the disc and said to insert a disc . . .  and that is what keeps happening. It is as though the disc were empty. It is a valid disc with my serial #, etc, that I had for several years and was installed on my old computer. Help!

You can download PSE 14 from here: Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, and 14  and use your existing serial number for activation.
