Problem for : element 2020 and first element 2020 installation and activation

Hello, I bought a license of element 2020 and first element 2020 installation and activation. I received a key that i used as exchange and I receive a new key by system that I recorded in adobe site. After that, I can activate "Adobe element 2020 organizer" but for other (Photo element editor" and First element 2020) I cannot fill the key. I was rejected as soon as I filled first digit. Could you help me. Sorry for my English, I am French.
